Liars, Inc Series is the new book series of Rachel Van Dyken. I read mostly of her books and I happy that she released her new series. In this book Blaire who is the sister of Ian in Matchmaker's Playbook forms a PI firm called "Dirty Exes". The firm dedicates to expose cheaters.
The question is why Blaire made this company and made her life goal to find or expose cheaters? Well, it started when he met Jessie Beckett a Football player and they only dated for 3 weeks because Jessie chose football over her and after that her married life is not so great, her husband is a cheating douchebag. She met a woman name Isla and they become best friends and started a firm together because same as her Isla is also cheated by her ex. And then enter the new client, turns out it is the wife of Jessie Beckett (Destiny is really cruel sometimes)...Blaire remember the past and she agreed to expose Jessie but the problem is she is torn between exposing Jessie and not exposing Jessie because there is a part of her that still like Jessie and she doesn't want him to be labeled as a cheater. Enter the best friend Collin who is willing to help her or should I say flirt with her lol...The story become a love triangle because both men likes her.
“Damn, this is some messed-up shit,” Isla said under her breath. “I’m witnessing a sordid love triangle, like an HBO drama I can’t get out of.”
Overall the book was a fun read, I was laughing like a crazy person while reading it and the characters are really likable. I don't really like stories with love triangle, makes me nervous because I've read books that the heroine didn't end up with the guy that I am rooting but it was okay since the characters in this books did have HEA and I think the best friend Isla will have her HEA soon.
